Refund policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations in which only partial refunds will be issued: (if applicable)
* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that your return notification is made more than 15 days after delivery.
To return your product, you must mail it to: Carrera 6 #8-60, Valledupar, Cesar, Colombia. This must be done after receiving approval for the exchange.
Shipping costs to return your item are at your expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Customs fees to return your international item are at your expense. Customs fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return customs cost will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your product exchange may vary.
